Catherine Ternent – Operations Manager

 

Catherine has been promoted from Packing Supervisor to Operations Manager and has really taken the Company to the next level in client care and satisfaction. With her years of experience in packing/unpacking and knowledge to enable safe and efficient packing, seeing first hand the removal job from start to finish, she was the obvious choice to take over the Operations Managers role and make it her own.

 

Sue Tanner – Office Manager

 

Keeping the office running smoothly is Sue who has a strong background in office administration and IT both here and in the UK. She is a busy mum who has experience in after school care businesses, and has been Secretary and Treasurer of the No 49 Air Training Squadron and and a short spell as treasurer to Kāpiti Scouts, so some would say that that combination of skills is ideal for looking after our crew.
Sue also steps in as temporary Operations Manager when required.


Catherine & Sue work closely together which enables them to provide a personalised service for each client.
